The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                   
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 23                                                                              
     "An Act relating to court-ordered restitution and compensation                                 
     following a criminal conviction."                                                              
                                                                                                    
HB 23 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                      
Finance Committee.
